Beginners are always welcome.
If you have never taken a Bikram Yoga class, there are just a few things to keep in mind: • There is no beginner class...all of our Bikram Classes are for Beginners and Advanced
students alike. • The studio is warm, so wear light weight work out clothing. • Don't eat before class. • Be prepared to sweat! Drink 16oz of water at least 1 hour before class. • New students please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
What if I’m not flexible?
This is a common misconception that prevents people from doing yoga. As we age our muscles tend to get stiffer, creating more pressure on the joints, more aches, more pains. With a regular practice you can reverse this gradual stiffening, and make noticeable changes after just a few classes.
Bikrams Yoga is a beginning series of postures, most of which you will be able to do, and do correctly at your first class. At the same time these beginning postures will challenge the most advance practitioner.
